At EVOLVE AUTO, we stand behind the quality of our products.
All items come with a Minimum 6-Month Return-to-Base (RTB) Warranty for your peace of mind
When a product is returned under warranty:
- The item will be inspected and tested upon arrival.
- Once confirmed faulty by Evolve Auto, a replacement product will be sent promptly.
- Customers are responsible for sending faulty items or returns for credit to Evolve Auto.
- Once the warranty claim is approved, Evolve Auto will cover the freight cost to ship your replacement product back to you.
- This process follows our standard Return-to-Base (RTB) procedure.
If you’ve simply changed your mind, purchases from Evolve Auto may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
✅ Conditions for Return:
- The product must be sealed, unused, and in pristine, resellable condition.
- A 10%–30% restocking fee applies to returns within the first 7 days of receiving your order.
- A 30% restocking fee applies to returns within 14 days of receipt.
- Freight fees are non-refundable.
- Credit card surcharges are non-refundable.
- Replacement timeframes may vary depending on product type and availability.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping of any item. All associated costs (freight, packaging, etc.) are at the customer’s expense.
- Only faulty items are covered under warranty. Products found to be non-faulty, misused, incorrectly installed, or physically damaged will not be covered.
- All returned items are subject to inspection. If an item is deemed non-faulty, an inspection fee will apply.
- Evolve Auto reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- All returns and warranty must have an return authority number
